Teasses offers Simulated Game Shooting for those who want to enjoy the ‘fun without the feathers’ – whether you need a pre-season warm-up, want to tidy up your style or just have a good day out. With our simulated traps we can now replicate the flight pattern of different birds such as pheasants, partridge and grouse. Our team includes BASC trained clay pigeon coaches who will be on hand to assist those for whom this is a new experience. Simulated shoots make the perfect setting for corporate incentives, team-building events and stag or hen parties. Teasses also has its own Shooting Club for keen guns who want to make their visits to Teasses a regular occasion.
Simulated Game Shooting

- GUNS: 5-20
- HIGHLIGHTS: Sporting targets, warm hospitality
- CATERING: Lunch
Typical Simulated Day at Teasses
The day begins with refreshments and a get together at the Bothy where our Head Gamekeeper Kenny will deliver the safety briefing and discuss the day, which is structured like our traditional driven game shoot with 4-5 drives. Clays are fired from traps to simulate various flight patterns of game birds such as pheasant, partridge and grouse.
We will supply lunch baskets with homemade soup and nibbles and a barbecue will be arranged during the day at a time to suit the shooting party.
