The Teasses ‘Countryside Classroom’ has been developed as a series of workshops aimed at sharing our team’s botanical and gardening knowledge with the wider public. We also run events focused on estate management topics and creative arts such as photography. The ‘Countryside Classroom’ offers a range of workshops to include beginners’ classes, garden design and seasonal themes. Ever wanted to grow your own fruit and vegetables to use in your kitchen, but don’t know where to start?
Our Beginner’s Guide to Kitchen Garden Growing will get you started. Join our Head Gardener to learn from the start the best practices, what to look for in your soil, how to start your plants off, how to keep your garden growing throughout the summer and gain encouragement from others in the group.
Hands on soil testing and seed sowing as well as discussion and instruction from our experienced gardener.
